Video Encoding on Odroid-T

Hello, I am willing to purchase the Odroid-T, and I have two questions:

1. I can't find any information about video encoding. My question is: is the driver of the hardware video encoder working on Android (especially, h.264 encode)?

2. Regarding the Linux distribution for Odroid, is it complete, or does it lack major drivers, etc.? I'm interested in the MFC (multifunction codec) driver.
