memory on odroid-T board

where can i see the memory modules (DDR and OneNand) on the board?
What is the purpose of OneNand in this case since we already have micro-SD (t-flash_? is it used for any purpose on odroid-T?

I am trying to connect to the Debug board in windows PC using Hyper terminal through com 1. I have serial cable connected but do not see any data in terminal. Can you please advise proper set up?
