I am so annoyed of these FM forums that are inactive. There should be rules! Like ProphpBB: If you do not activate your forum within three (3) days of registering, it will be removed and available to re-register. Also, if your forum becomes abandoned

Hello. Nowadays, when we set the forum into "under construction" mode, only Admins can login... I suggest to change that...and that the Admin could set wich groups could log in into the forum while its in "under construction"
