2 ships caught smuggling P60 million bunker oil

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) seized on Monday two cargo ships caught allegedly smuggling bunker oil worth P60 million at North Harbor, Manila.Customs Commissioner Angelito Alvarez ordered the seizure of M/V Chelsea
