Ability To hide widgets

What I have saw on others forum is that you can hide the widgets with clicking just a small arrow in the corner of them , I think this would be very useful as there are people that like the widgets and people that hate them , what do you say?

How can I show / hide content and have it shown / hidden when the page is refreshed or revisited? I have a toolbar in my forum. If someone presses a button, the toolbar will disappear. If they go to, per say a topic, the toolbar will still be hidden.

Ability to edit shouts in the chatbox

I think it would be pretty cool if Mods And Admins could edit what members say in the chatbox. If we didn't want anything said we could edit it out and put in our own message. It would be a good and handy feature to have. So what do you all think?
