Can't install the firmware upgrade on my Colby 7015

Picked up my new Coby at the post office today - charged it and played with it for awhile. I am not very savvy with this new technology! I watched the Coby video on upgrading firmware and tried to follow along, with no success. Here's what happens:
1. Downloaded zip file to desktop (I indicated save not run - am never sure which I should pick).

There is a firmware update on the Coby USA web site. No info on what is in it or how to install.
