Flytouch problem

I just bought flytouch 2 wks ago and it was shipped from China. It worked at first for all apps (email,video, music, photo and wifi).

But now it is not working. It is stuck. I can turn the power on but the green logo (power by pad) stays there, It does not go anywhere. I pressed all the buttons (home,menu,volume,power on/off) but I don't get to go anywhere. I cannot also turn it off. I am letting it run out of battery power. That is the only way It wil
