Always have to do soft reset after charging

I have two Nextbook3 tabs I i purchased for Christmas through HSN.com and every time after I charge the pad, it wont come on by holding the power button and the only way it will power up is to do a soft reset. Is there anyone else having this problem and have you got it resolved yet? I contacted tech support by email cuz hold time is too long and waiting to hear back from them.
