hey was wondering how do you remove the back cover of this device . reason i ask is because the device doesnt want to recharge and i suspect it has to do with the power port being loose(it wiggles)

problem opening books with elocity 7 and aldiko
Hi! I have a new elocity 7 and love it..however just last night I have not been able to open any books using the aldiko app that came with the elocity....I never had any problems like this before.....the books will download but they only show the covers
how do I open the panimage tablet case?
My tablet slid off of the seat of my car while charging, and impacted on the charger plug and now the female jack receptacle in the tablet moves around and doesnt make consistent contact for charging. I need to open the tablet and fix this.
