pandigital 7" and adobe digital reader

i get an error message on my computer when i open my adobe reader books -document is licensed for a different user acct" i changed the e-mail on my adobe acct to match my barnes and nobel acct on my pandigital, but my books on my computer cannot be opened and the above error message pops up. also, when i plug in my pan digital to my computer, the books i have bought do not show up on computer when i open adobe.
