Black Screened

I have the PanImage 7'' tablet, and I had installed a custom ROM that Tipstir had posted. During the ROM installation, it froze (I had waited for 1 and a half hours and it was stuck on "Installing Files. . ."). My first instinct was to turn it off and restart, so that's what I did. But as soon as it powered down, I looked in horror at the device sitting there on the table, realizing what I had just done. Now all it can do is power up the green LED when the power button
