What do you use to backup these roms

ROM Manager wants to know which phone I have for Clockwork mod recovery, My xflytouch 256 w/ fw 1.9.88v04 isn't on the list. The file browsers only backup apps,right??
Oh yeah, Im using Flytouch.1.9.99.v4c.256MB-*** UBEROID
