Cant install update
I go through the steps correctly and when it is installing the update I keep getting an error message stating there is a problem with the zip file and the install is aborted. Called help center (which is just there answering service)and lady said I shouldnt need to update anyway. She said that the latest update should be on the device.
Is there a way to check on which version is on the device to start with? And also the number of the update that I am trying
