New Firmware Update for 7"blk reader HELP

I have been trying to upgrade my pandigital 7" e-reader all weekend and it is not working. I also called and talked to someone who just made me redo everything I already did, and then said he would have the IT guys call me. ...They never did. *sigh*
Anyway, it appears as if my e-reader is successfully upgrading until I reach the screen that asks for my internet connection and e-mail account information. I am always getting the sa
