User had by accident managed to change the language

Somehow managed to change the language on the Coby and can't get it back to English. Was trying to change the time.Can anyone help me get it to English and set the time correctly. Thanks

This is what you need to do:

start at the home screen
press [M]
Press the gear [far right icon)
count downwards to 9 and press the ninth one
press first entry
countdown to 6 and press
