Tablet stuck at "sylvania" screen

I turned on the tablet last night, and it's stuck at the "Sylvania" screen. Have tried while plugged in and not-no difference. I have not modded this tablet at all. I'm planning on returning it (was planning to today), but wanted to do a factory reset or something to wipe my wifi data, clear the cache, un-register my gmail account (that's what I'm most worried about). Stuck in reboot
I've had this thing a few days and have not modified but it's now stuck in a permanent reboot even when I turn it off properly. What the heck? Is there a system reset? Thanks, BC
