S7 keeps power cycling ...

Hello:

I have a s7 (stock) & for the past 2 days, it keeps power cycling.

I press the power button (short press) to switch off the tablet & the system switches off. However within a minute, I can see it coming on.

I have removed the battery & did a hard power reset (remove battery, press power to drain charge) - but still am facing this issue. I have not installed any new apps in the past 2 days.
