Slow Speed Kills

I've noticed that a lot of the harder monsters (level 300+) posted on DoR mega URL are usually dominated by a couple of people. Don't get me wrong, those people are appreciated and without them, many of the battles would fail. The problem is that some of the lower stamina people have trouble doing enough damage in the time allotted to get anything good. I propose (based on the FB speed kill group), the following:
