Singularity (Stuck.)

So, I'm stuck on a part where I don't really know where to go and there's a box that I can morph and a gate that I can squeeze through but other than that I don't know where to go. It's in this huge area with a small office inside and theres like a back door with a gate in it. Help? I know my description isn't the best. :-\
