Disque dur externe WD Elements 500 Go

J'ai acquis récemment un disque dur Western Digital Elements 500 Go qui a parfaitement marché pendant environ un mois, et qui refuse maintenant de fonctionner. J'ai parcouru de nombreux forums, et celui ci semble être le plus efficace, d'autant que certains utilisateurs semblent avoir résolu ce problème sur un produit similaire.
