i am suggesting some type of function to mass change the permissions, instead of having to go through them one by one, so you would set some permissions, then maybe have check boxs and a list of every forum you have , and you tick all the ones you want

Moderators should be able to change the post author. It can come in handy sometimes for an example when you want to reserve the second post of a thread but another member posts before you do. You could just change the post author to make it your post.
