I lost my admin user and password can not be restored because the administration panel settings it is not enabled .. I dont have any other administrator users who can go to administratsion panel to make it allow.. How do I get back my admin password??I

ok, so i restored my forum but when i tried logging in it said "You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.", i dont know why, but it says that, i havent changed the password or the username please help

I lost my password to my site i haven't been on since October and i tried every password i could think of and nothing worked. and The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security so i can't click
