i think that admins should have an option to disable/enable mods to see members ip address

My Mods Can't Ban members
I created a new group and added members to that group. I selected the sections I wanted that group to moderate but they are unable to ban members. And YES I did go in General>Forum>Security and allow them to ban members but they still say they don't
